Limited Service & Installation Warranty

Thank you for choosing NXT Level Smart Home. We value your business and want to ensure your satisfaction. Please find below our Limited Service & Installation Warranty, designed to provide you with peace of mind regarding our workmanship and services.

Coverage Duration:
Our workmanship is covered for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of project completion or installation, whichever occurs first. 

In Addition:
We extend this warranty in addition to any warranty you may receive directly from the manufacturer of the product used in the installation. NXT Level Smart Home, LLC stands behind its work, guaranteeing that it complies with the manufacturer’s recommendations and adheres to industry standards and quality guidelines. If you encounter any issues related to defective workmanship or incorrect product installation, please notify us promptly. We will rectify these issues at no additional cost to you.

What Is Not Covered:
This Limited Installation Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Any installation defect that was apparent or ascertainable at the time the work was completed but was not promptly reported to NXT Level Smart Home, LLC.
  • Damage resulting from subsequent alterations, misuse, or abuse of the covered items by anyone other than our independent contractor.
  • Damage caused by fires, storms, electrical malfunctions, accidents, floods, leaks, or acts of God.
  • Damage related to your failure to observe any instructions from the installer and/or requirements of the manufacturer concerning the product, including, without limitation, the failure to control humidity and temperature levels within your home.

Remedies and Limitations:
We want to be transparent about what is and is not covered:

If you have defective equipment that was not purchased from NXT Level Smart Home, a service call fee may apply for additional troubleshooting visits.

Regarding any claim you may assert against NXT Level Smart Home, LLC, please understand that you have no right to recover or request compensation for:

  • Incidental, consequential, secondary, or punitive damages.
  • Damages for aggravation, mental anguish, emotional distress, or pain and suffering.
  • Costs exceeding the total contract amount for the project.
  • Attorney’s fees or costs.
  • NXT Level Smart Home, LLC provides no other warranty, express or implied, beyond what is set forth herein.
    These limitations are enforceable to the extent permitted by Texas law.

How to Obtain Service:

Voided Warranty:

Please be aware that this Limited Installation Warranty is voided under the following circumstances:

The work is not included in the project description on the NXT Level Smart Home Estimate.
You have signed or accepted the NXT Level Smart Home estimate but have not made the final payment for the project.


Service Calls:

This Limited Installation Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and no representation, whether oral or in writing, can alter its terms. Please note that a service call fee of ($149.99) will be charged to you in the event of:

The expiration of the 30-day workmanship warranty period.
NXT Level Smart Home tech determines that the issue was caused by negligence or customer tampering.


Project Delays:

In case of project delays not caused by NXT Level Smart Home, you will need to arrange for the delivery of purchased equipment to your home. Additionally, you must remit any payments due for completed work. NXT Level Smart Home will collaborate with you to reschedule the project if possible.


Recommendations:

To enhance clarity and customer confidence, we offer the following recommendations for customers located in Texas:

Record-Keeping: We recommend retaining a copy of this warranty document and any related documents for your records.

Compliance with Texas Law: This warranty is subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Texas, which govern the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Dispute Resolution: In the unlikely event of a dispute related to warranty claims, we are committed to resolving issues through amicable mediation or arbitration in accordance with Texas law.
