E-mail & Phone Alerts
Get real-time text and email notifications for all alarm events – including arming/disarming, system troubles, power loss, and alarms. Alerts are customizable and can be sent to multiple recipients.
UL Listed Central Station
Our professional monitoring center provides 24/7 coverage. A live operator will verify alarms and dispatch emergency services when needed. We monitor for burglary, fire, and other emergencies with full event history tracking. Crash & Smash protection or Advanced Protection Logic (APL) included for compatible systems.
Phone or Internet Monitoring
Your system can report alarms using a landline or internet-based communicator. We provide daily supervision for internet communicators and support daily test timers for phone-based systems.
Internet Monitoring
For interactive features like Total Connect or Alarm.com, your system must include an internet communicator. We supervise the communicator daily to ensure it’s always connected and reporting.
Cellular Monitoring
The most secure and reliable method. We activate your system’s cellular communicator and cover the cellular data charges. For added protection, cellular can be used alongside phone or internet connections.
Arm / Disarm via App or Web
Remotely check your system status and control arming/disarming through your smartphone or computer using Total Connect or Alarm.com platforms.
